In partnership with the Cadillac Fairview Corporation, a new urban lifestyle shopping and living destination was created in the heart of mid-town Toronto. Completed in 2018, Flaire was the second phase, a luxury mid-rise building designed by G.P.A. The building features a defined flowing architecture with expansive curved wrap-around balconies. The two 11-storey towers are linked by a podium that houses a rooftop terrace with an outdoor bar and seating alcoves.
