Vivo Condos is the third building in the multi-phase Allenbury Gardens project undertaken in partnership with Toronto Community Housing. A former low-density community in the Fairview Mall neighbourhood dating back to the early 1960s, the development is now being revitalized by successfully integrating social community housing and market condos. Vivo offers 207 suites within a 17-storey tower and a small cluster of townhomes, all thoughtfully designed by CORE Architects. The development features a green roof as well as a new community public park, designed for both active and passive activities.
